I have received repeated emails concerning renewal of a Windows Tech Protection plan that we never had. It threatens an auto renewal of the plan and charge to our account unless we call. They don’t allow an email response. I did that once and got some person connected to a supposed Windows support company who proceeded to take over my computer and tried to extract bank account access which I denied. They did however get some credit card info which to date has not been utilized to our knowledge. I would hope that the ScamPulse.com can locate these individuals and put a stop to their harassment.
