Voicemails indicating I am due a refund of $299 from Windows Corporation began last week. I am supposed to call them back when I am in front of my computer.

On 5/7/2019 I received a call stated if I do not respond I will have a $300 payment charged to my account. The company did not state their initial reason for calling over the voicemail left and when I returned the call I was informed that I needed to state the reason I am calling and asked what type of computer I have. I was told not to call them back but I was returning their call.
