On Jan 11,2018 I was in discussion with someone saying hey represent Windows computer services. They were to help resolve a problem I was having with my computer. On further discussion with the guy, he said I had to purchase debit cards in the amount of $4,000 which in turn would be refunded back to me He wrote me a note saying " once I confirmed the funds was in my account thy would run some sort of check on my system and would refund my monies soon thereafter'.The person I spoke with fist was an Eric Watson.. Well, the money never got refunded and I had to go thru this all over again with a Mark Anderson, William Martin. I have resigned myself to the fact that I will never see my $4,000 that I purchased with debit cards,but I do want my $400 since they are quite aware they owe it to me. I don't know if they called to say they were giving my money back or they called because I filed a complaint and this is how they satisfy that issue by make a phone call and not actually giving my money back I just let it go since I assumed I was scammed out of my money. Well in April of 20419, I got a call from a Mark Anderson from Azure Tech and Paul Martin form their billing dept, saying they wanted to refund the $399.99($400) to me and I did not need to purchase anymore debit cards. They told me they will deposit $400 since they are aware of the problem and is why THEY CALLED ME. As of Feb..26,2019 I have yet to get my $400 and they are not taking my phone calls or text messages. The last phone number I have(as I have a couple) is 818-937-1186 for Mark Anderson and a guy named Eric Watson. I come to realize they ma be using bogus names as they all shave an Indian accent. I have a printout of the message telling me they will return my $400
