I have received a call "Unknown number" around 7pm on 12/8/15. The man said, "I am calling from 'Windows Certified Technician Department". We have received an error message from your computer. If you could go to the computer, I can show you how to fix."

I asked what company he is with, and he said, 'Windows Certified Technician Department". I asked if there is any number I can call you back, and he gave me 808-714-1975.

I googled and learned that it is a scam.
