David contacted me regarding Window's being unable to access my computer to provide a System Driver updated. Requested I go on my computer (immediately), and when I explained I was at work, he inquired when would I be home and he'd call again... Stated I'd call him, requested his company name and said "System Driver PC support", when queried if this was the companies name, he said "no", they were trying to help me install my driver updates... David spoke with a foreign accent. I stated I'd call when I got home and asked for his hours, which confused him, and he's stated "we're always here...".
