We reached out to purchase a newfie puppy from a picture advertised on the website. The only way to contact them was by email. We agreed to purchase the puppy named Rita. When we signed the contract we had to pay for her. The only way to pay was by Zelle. The payment included shipping as they are in a different state. The morning she was suppose to arrive they contacted us for more money for a crate and a microchip. They also sent flight information, which had here going to the wrong airport. We spoke to the person when they called for more money because I did not respond to the email because we had no electric. When we did not pay additional money they threaten to keep the puppy and have the authories at the airport keep her. When we did not pay more money they started texting us for more money. We refused and told them we contacted the authorities.
