Neighbors cousin. New metal roof. Down payment for metal was $2,100.00 paid in cash. on 1/22/2024. Was to be here via text message Thursday March 7, 2024 per phone conversation. He never showed. Friday March 8, 2024 I phoned him. He text me and said "everyone at my house is sick and now I got it bad. I will let you know and even if I can't make work, I will come there Monday and watch my guys start it". Never showed and that was the last contact. Since then, I have called and left voice messages and text messages. Now I get his voice mail and voice mailbox is full. I have continued with text messages and a a message on [email protected] account.
