I ordered 2 pair of WillowAce alpaca socks on Jan. 1, 2023 and received an email order acknowledgement the same day. On Jan.3, 2023 I received an email with subject of Important Update on Your Order stating that their fulfillment center in Illinois USA had a "software glitch" and skipped just a few orders of which mine was one. Unfortunately, my order was now out of stock but additional stock should be received that week. I waited that week and the following and found several negative comments of others not receiving their orders and also discovered the company had just been in business since December 2022. I have requested by email either the shipping information or a refund and also reported their ad to Facebook. I have not received a response from either WillowAce or Facebook. I do not expect a recovery, my purpose of reporting is hoping to prevent further consumer losses. Thank you for your time and hopefully filing my complaint on a minor loss.
