I purchased a blow up Christmas decoration (grinch) on 12/30/20. I paid $179. I have tried to contact this company by email 4 times and by phone several other times. The phone goes to voicemail of which is full. The emails never get answered. I then tried Facebook messenger and still nothing. I then posted on the company Facebook page what happened... I have heard nothing from the company but I did hear from another customer that they were scaled the exact same way. That person was filing a dispute with PayPal. I am hoping my bank will let me do that but it’s doubtful. These people need to be stopped!
