This is a zombie debt collection agency that has a person call you pretending to be a process server, needing to arrange to meet you at your home to serve you with a summons for a civil lawsuit. When you ask what it is about, "Monica" the "process server" directs you to call "Williams Litigation" or "Williams and Rivera Litigation" who I spoke with "Greg Dunbar" and is supposed to inform you that a company that sold off a bad debt years and years ago is taking you to court but they will be willing to settle over the phone. I unfortunately paid him $300 with another $1000 pending before I called my lawyer and she informed me it was a scam. Process servers are illegal in my state, and there were no notices of any civil summons against me. I feel like an [censored]! They call only from restricted numbers and their website is FAKE. They keep harassing my family members. BEWARE!!!!
