They reach out to you VIA phone or email and claim they received your loan request from lending tree and have you approved. They email you a contract and then request a 3 month up front collateral payment for your loan to be processed. You pay them and then never receive your loan. They also request you to send the collateral payment VIA western union or MoneyGram (which is illegal in all 50 states). They are not registered with NMLS and the attorney general financial representative also has no record of them. They request you send money to a man in Ontario Canada named Eric Price and claim he will be your loan broker and requires this deposit. The also use a website called who is to redact all personal information from being seen when you attempt to look up the websites information and origin. The website is only a few weeks old and was newly created for this scam. If you gps search the website it shows you a lake in Kansas. Nothing about this is legitimate or traceable. Not only do they scam you out of money, but they will attempt to scam you multiple times and say the only reason you haven't received your funds yet is because they need an additional collateral payment VIA MoneyGram.
