Wild thread co’s website states an increased turn around time of 10 days. One month ago on February 17th I placed my order. I reached out via both email and Facebook multiple days past the turn around time. I was initially told it would ship march 6th. Then when I still didn’t have tracking info I reached out again. I was then told it would ship by march 10th at the latest. I did receive tracking but it just showed a label was created and not in USPS’s possession so I reached out again.

My post was deleted but someone messaged me on Facebook stating they did ship it and they would contact usps. I reached out a few times for an update via Facebook and email with no response. Days without a response later I reached out via a Facebook post. The post was deleted and the same person who assured me it had shipped said she doesn’t have a record of my order, asked for the order number that was in the post her page deleted, and said she will refund it.

A full month of waiting later I don’t want my order cancelled. I want the products I’ve been patiently waiting for. I didn’t agree to an interest free loan for them. Based on similar experiences posted on ScamPulse.com I’m hesitant to believe she’d process the refund anyway.

Purchased 3 toddler t-shirts from wildthreadsco.com and never received them. I Initially received a confirmation of the order but despite several attempts to reach out to the owner on a status update, I was blocked from social media and never received my product.

I bought 5 shirts and they continued to tell me a later date that they'd ship and never have. They will not respond to emails , Facebook messages or Instagram and continue to advertise

Wild Threads Co took my order and money and did not deliver products. Tried to contact via email and Facebook numerous times but no response.

Site seems to have a perennial BOGO to make it seem like a great deal to buy shirts. This especially was effective around mother's day when the ad was served to us. A quick search yielded little negative results, so we went ahead with it. The items never shipped, so I attempted to contact them multiple times via email, to which they never responded. From there I figured I wouldn't get my money back at all and it was a sunk cost.

Do not go on this site. As a first time mom you want cute clothes that say mama but do not try to get them at this site. I tried multiple times to contact them with no response. And my order never shipped.

They offered buy one get one free Valentines Day shirts. A month after my order i still havent received it. I email and they do not reply. I go on Facebook to ask about it they delete mine and all other customers asking about their orders that werent received. They then blocked me from their Facebook website.

Ordered a couple of Christmas gifts from the Seller on Dec 20th. I emailed the Seller on Jan 5th to see when the items would ship. The Seller tells me that they would ship at the end of the week. I waiting until the end of the following week and still had not received a shipping notification. I emailed again and the Seller sent an email that the Shipping label was created. The Tracking Number that I was given still shows that the Post Office has not received the item to be shipped. The Seller has stopped all communication and will not ship my order. I have made a claim through PayPal, but buyers beware!
