Made an order with PayPal. Received no confirmation Unable to call as phone number provided is not a working number. No response on multiple email attempts. Requesting cancellation but no response after multiple attempts. Many complaints can easily be found.

WILDROCK4x4. Before you even think about making any order with WILDROCK4x4 ATTEMPT to contact them. Phone number on website incomplete/inaccurate. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO ANYONE YOU CANNOT CONTACT. There are many before you that have had to deal with this. Save your self some serious grief. STAY CLEAR

I ordered a Gladiator Vader Grill from Wild Rock 4x4 on November 23, 2018. On December 4, 2018 I e-mailed their support and asked when the product would be shipped. I got a response that used incorrect grammar and incorrect wording, telling me that it would not ship until December 24th and would I "mind exchange others grills?". I responded and asked them to cancel my order, however, I have not receive a refund nor a response.
