My mother ordered some rice from the website www.wildrice.com, and received an email confirmation of the order on 12-20-2023. Her credit card was charged $28.90 on 12-20-2023. The rice was supposed to arrive within 3 days, but since it w[censored]iday time, she didn't get worried right away. She never received any shipping notice and as of 02-05-2024 has not yet received the rice. She and I have tried to contact the company through their website contact form as well as sending emails to [email protected] and [email protected]. We emailed on 01-06-24, 01-24-24 and 01-27-24, but I don't remember what day we filled out their online contact form. We have received no response. After she ordered and didn't get the rice, I became concerned when I checked the website and didn't find any address or phone number listed on the website. She disputed the charge today with her credit card company so she probably won't actually be out any money, but between the sketchy website and unresponsiveness, I thought the company should be reported.
