I placed and order for an out of print children's book on 1/26/23. On 2/2/2023 I received and an email stating: "Hello there, I have great news! I just wanted to let you know that your order has been placed on special order with the publisher! This means that your order has been received and is now being processed, but may experience extended wait times as the printing process happens! As it happens, your order is very popular and needs to be created just for you! It may take longer, but the books are fresh for you and free of finger smudges! Thank you so much for being understanding and I am so grateful for your patience. If this process is not to your satisfaction, we will gladly assist you with a cancellation.FOR ASSISTANCE PLEASE CONTACT **********************************.

I have reached out to their customer service email on several occasions requesting a refund since this book is out of print. I have only gotten automatic replies stating that someone will get back to me in 2-4 business days. I have no confidence that this is an actual business or that I will ever receive my order or a refund.
