I ordered a phone case from this company for my daughter because it was one she really wanted. The phone cases that they sell are ‘Emma Chamberlain’ cases, which are popular amongst teens. I received s shipping email saying that the case would be delivered around or about the 8th of January, which was yesterday. All during the waiting period, the shipping page was never updated. It was not delivered yesterday as promised. I’ve called, emailed this company, and no response and no one ever answers. It honestly sounds like some teenager on the voicemail. I researched this company and found another case in the BBB. It seems that they did this same thing to other customers, and they never received their cases either. I don’t take too kindly to people stealing my money, and disappointing my child. I plan on looking this company up the next time I’m in CA, because I want to know what kind of place and people these are! To this very minute, tracking still says the same thing that it’s said for over a week and a half. This is clearly a scam, so please check into this. They fact that they have my CC number is making me very nervous. Please let me know what you find out.
