Product (or Refund) Not Received Yet

I purchased 2 Electric Toy Cars from the site (for my 2 children for xm[censored]idays), money went out 26 Oct 2021. I did not receive the product yet. Upon contact them (email) in January 2022, they mentioned that they had issues with shipping and that they will start the process of refunding me. But no communication since then. I emailed them again Early March 2022, well i guess they have ignored my email. I have started a course of action with my bank to try and get the purchase reversed. My bank mentioned that they will investigate this scam as well.

Online Product Scam Trailer Valet: Robot That Parks Heavy Trailers and Boats

On the 14th January 2022, I purchased 2x Trailer Valet: Robot That Parks Heavy Trailers and Boats (9,000 lbs. Capacity Trailer Calet RVR9) items as per their product website.

I received my order confirmation of the 2 products I have ordered.

Confirmation of successful payment transfer was 17 January 2022.

Following numerous emails to the [email protected], (I set email option to confirm delivery) I have confirmation of delivery but no responce.

I can only declare that this sight is sadly one of those online false online shopping stores only out to steal and mislead with intent. :-(

They are taking money out of people’s account mine as well for items that they apparently don’t have they say they will refund you the money back to you and then they won’t have any more contact with you what so ever it’s been since November 1st and I have received the one email that said that I won’t be receiving the items that they will refund my money and I have sent them several emails asking them what’s going on with the items or when they are going to give me my refund because I needed my money back to get my grandchildren something else for Christmas if I wasn’t getting the items that I had ordered from them and I didn’t get the items from them for my grandchildren for Christmas or the money they took from me to get my grandchildren something else so thanks to them taking my money I wasn’t able to get them anything for Christmas I’m on disability and sick with cancer so I don’t have a lot of money I get paid once a month I wanna let the public know what they are doing so they don’t get the same thing done to them that I did

Selling cars for children and you get a confirmation email and then silence..... you can email back as many times as you like they never answer back. No phone # either they take the money and run!!!!

I to placed an order for wilburmarner through Facebook. My order was placed 3 months ago, and I have not received any information from my order. I never received an order conformation nor a receipt.i have sent multiple emails because there is no phone number listed on their site. I have received no response. I feel it is very irresponsible for Facebook to allow these people to pay for ads on their site when we ,the consumer, are the ones that suffer due to company or individual scams. I have reported this company to Facebook and I've received no response as well. Though I didn't really expect a response from Facebook...they got paid, why should they care if we get scammed!
