I ordered 5 items totaling $149.97 on Jan 14,2021 and still haven’t received my stuff. Customer service seems to be fake as I’ve reached out to them several times, twice being given fake transaction numbers because when I tried to track my items through their “ Tracdog” website my items ha w been in the same destination “Countryside” us since Feb 7,2021.... I want my items or a refund but there’s no number for customers only a service email

I purchased a wig from them, have proof that I purchased it and I never received my item. When I contacted them I sent them all the proof from my bank even their receipt that they emailed me at the time of purchase and they never responded
