Wigsway is an online store that advertise a wide selections of wigs for all races of women and men. The site uses celebrities faces and hair styles with the promise they are manufacturing human hair wigs of the highest quality. It takes at least 3 weeks to receive your order and during this wait time the customer support team is very helpful and encouraging once they receive your money to wait patiently for your beautiful wig. My experience was as follows: I placed the order on February 17th, 2016; I finally received my order on March 10th, 2016. I was highly disappointed with the wig I received. As a matter of fact, the wig looked nothing like what was advertised on their website. I immediately sent an email to the company; I was asked to take and send pictures of the wig I received; the packaging inside and out. I did this immediately! I got an email from a CSR and she ask that I try to use water and styling products on the wig to make it look and feel more like my style. I wrote back immediately explaining that there isn't enough water or styling products to make the wig I received look remotely like what your company advertised on their website. I expressed to the CSR for the 3rd time in writing and once in text message that I wanted to be informed of the proper way to return the wig and be refunded 100% of my money. The communication has stopped and I am left feeling that I have literally struck a match to my money and simply gave it away. This company needs to be held accountable for their false advertising and promises to deliver high quality wigs for all races of women and men. This is simply not the case! The other part of this situation is this, I did my research on this company and I found positive and thumbs up reviews that made me think they were on the up and up. I ask this question, did they pay someone to write those reviews in the attempt to lure in more potential customers. A complete and utterly SCAM!!!!!!
