I ordered a wig from this company on December 27, 2024. I reached out to them first on February 6, 2025 asking about my wig. Their first response was that my wig was on the way. I waited a few more days and emailed them again. They stated same thing. Few days later after not receiving the product I emailed them again. On Feb 19 they gave me a tracking number. I took that tracking number to the USPS and was told that the package was delivered to an address on poplar springs road across town. I informed wigsis of that and they emailed me to have USPS redeliver to me at my correct address. I’m sure the people that received it had not returned it to the post office. Wigsis refused any other discussion with me

I purchased a wig and the site said easy returns. When I received the wig it was wrong color, too short of hairstyle and too big (I had my head measured to order correctly). Turns out if you so much as open the box you can't return it. I'm out over $132 for something I can't even use. Do Not Buy from Wigsis

When I first opened the package and gazed upon the wig I was extremely impressed. It really looked amazing for the money. However once I unpacked it, all the hair tangled. It is a very nice wig for the money despite the flaw I have with mine. And maybe some detangler would help with the tangles, haven’t tried. Overall, it’s worth it at its price point for sure.

I ordered a wig with petite cap size, hand tied

lace front, and monofilament in the amount of $208.

I received a confirmation e-mail that my wig will be made and then sent to me. It took several weeks before I received a wig that was average size, not the color I ordered, had NO lace front, No monofilament, and was NOT hand tied. The fiber was poor quality. I asked to return the wig, and was answered that I have to pay the shipping costs to return it, and have to pay again for the wig I never received. I complained and the answer was that I can keep the wig I received and if I pay $70 I can get another wig. Total scam....
