They claim to have good quality hair and look like it's a company in the USA but it's a Chinese company ripping off anyone stupid enough to send them money. The product they sent was cheap and ugly. Worst quality wouldn't put it on a dog. Then when you try to return it they give you options like you can keep it and they will refund $50 bucks. What a deal I mean steal. It's ugly and you wouldn't wear it but they offer you 50 bucks to keep it. Then they give you a bogus address to send it back to and in China who knows where the mail actually goes. According to USPS it's still in customs but my guess is they have it sent to china the address is a will call address they pick it up and it's never listed as delivered. That way they can say they never got it. It's an old scam but it works in China. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE THIEVES.

They advertise wigs and hair toppers sold on numerous sites. What I received was nothing like the website nor was the color close. I ordered med brown and received blonde. I have contacted them 6 times for return information, and they will not provide it. They offered $12 refund for $168 item if I return but to date won't provide information to do so and their website doesn't offer return online. Reading other reviews I now see I am not the only one dealing with this issue.

I ordered the wig, thinking it was a good legit company. Took a month a receive, sent wrong wig & color. Refusing to refund my money back and won’t give me the return address. There is no phone number for them or address in the email. Went on actual website for answers and no one will answer me. I’m pissed! The website it Wigsdo.com

Ordered from Wigsdo.com online retailer who sells wigs. Ordered with my debit card. I canceled the order within 48 hours before anything was shipped after reading the reviews on ScamPulse.com website. The company now refuses to cancel the charge. I’ve contacted my bank. I have 10 email correspondence two of which they promised to refund my money. They do not intend to either ship my merchandise or refund my money. The operate with impunity scamming thousands of customers with an offshore China sourcing there seems to be no clear definitive location. The charge on my bank showed the UK. Many scammed reviewers claim a California location so I am not sure they’re exact location.

The wig bought is pretty good. I can now feel confident about myself while business trips and parties. Earlier I had to be too conscious about my hair loss issue. I cannot be happier than this. The wig has fitted properly and transformed my look and my life.

I ordered a wig from them and paid over $ 200.00. Didn't receive anything so I filed dispute. As soon as I did they sent me the wig. When it came it was a joke. It looked nothing like advertised completely different and materials they used were like cheap costume. It was horrible and I never received my money back. Something has to be done to close that company.

Just received a $265 human/remi hair wig. It's not human hair, but the worst part is actually the quality. You can actually see the stitching with rather big, crooked stitches through the hair itself, making it impossible to wear without a hat.
I fear I'll never see my money again, and just want people to know the $20 wigs on Amazon are actually far better made and looking.
These are not real hair.

Please don't waste your money. Please use ANY other company of you need a wig.

NEVER EVER buy any wig from this website. They operate from China so you will receive your wig 3-6 months after you order. That’s fine if the quality and the description on their website is what you’re going to receive. BUT NO you rather go to Party City and get a $.99 cents wig coz that’s the kind you will receive. Another issue is if you will return it you will not get your money back since the return address can’t be found by the post office in China. You will never received your money back since PayPal is handling them! BEWARE I paid $145.00 US dollars for a $.99 cents wigs.I WILL NEVER ever RECOMMEND buying!

Placed an order with this company for a 100% tied human hair monofilament wig. After receiving the wig had no tags on it and was fake hair. Nothing as described. This company pulls pictures off the internet and makes it look like you get exactly what you paid for? I've sent pics to them they refuse to cooperate. I just want anyone else to know not to order from this company and I want my full refund this is inexcusable to say the least.
