I ordered 2 wigs & when I got them they were poor quality. When I tried to return they refused to refund my money.

So this company wigsdo.com is a scam there were a few red flags that I overlooked 1st is why don't this company have a buissness address. I purchased a item through them which arrived in a timely matter the problem was the item didn't fit properly I contacted customer service and spoke w Olivia she's mental in the head because.she was.refusing to credit back my item that I no longer wanted. The item looked notjing not even similar to what I expect and from what I read on the site the company is supose to credit undamaged items within 7 days of receiving. Another red flag no receipt that came w my items that was placed in the box. I never had a company do such a thing.with poor customer service I was trying to be patient about the situation until Olivia.decided to change the rule and told me that I can no longer return that I have to exchange only do not buy through wigsdo.com they are a scam
