Ordered a wig but had to cancel but they have zero contact info. And upon doing a bit of research about this company online I have yet to actually find one good review where someone was not scammed. Even the BBB contacted them but that was in 2019. And here they are still taking advantage of people and stealing money. It is a criminal operation is what it is

Well I was just trying to order a wig as I have lost my hair due to health issues. Seemed like a reputable site but it is just a front to steal people's money such as mine. I tried to cancel but there is no way to cancel as both phone numbers are phonies and noone responds to emails as ihave been emailing them for days for a resolution and have received absolutely zero response. All I want is my refund. After investigating further I found that they have scammed many individuals and not only take months to deliver any goods but are not delivering merchandise that they are advertising. This is criminal. Absolutely criminal.how this business is still allowed to operate and keep ripping people off especially cancer patients is beyond me. Investigate yourself and you will see. They have another strange address listed in the UK also. So.ethong is very very wrong. It is nothing but scammers. Still no response after days of tryi.g to reach someone. They stole my money

That is what they did. I do not know how to get my email to you but I have them I just need help sending them over

Wigsbuy is profiting off of vulnerable women. They advertise wigs and when you get it the wig is NOTHING like the picture on their website. In fact after goggling the company (which I wish I had done before ordering) there are numerous complaints about their fraud. They are nothing more than a SCAM!

I purchased a wig from the website Wigsbuy. The wig cost $192.94 after discount of $30 off related to sale. The shipping was free. The shipping process was 15-25 days as stated on website. I was never given tracking information. When I received package, the wig was not the wig I ordered. It was a telephone number on side of the box, so I called it. The telephone number is fake. The company gives you 7 days to return product, so I began to email the company. I explained that I did not receive the wig that I purchased and would like to return it for full refund. The company responded back and stated that I could not receive a full refund even though I didn’t receive the product that I purchased. They offered me $30 to take it to a beautician to have the wig fixed, to keep the wig I received and buy another wig at a discount or receive less than half of what I paid for it. I refuse all of their offers due to the fact that they failed to provide the product that was purchased. I only wanted a full refund. I was unable to communicate with a person via phone so I looked the company up on Facebook in hopes to find phone number. The first thing that came up after searching for this company was buyers beware post, where this company scammed other customers like I was being done. In the comments customers gave advice on how to make a complaint. I immediately notified PayPal due to my purchase was via my PayPal account. After I made complaint, I received several emails offering everything but a full refund. The even stated that they where not going to give full refund because they had to ship the item to me even though I had to pay to have it shipped back. I told them that I was reporting them to BBB, and that’s the only reason they agreed to give me a full refund.

I purchased a wig from Wigsbuy. The site advertises they are from the UK, they are actually in CA. I’ve placed an order for a wig. The wig I received was nothing like the one advertised. I contacted the business and provided my full name. Wigsbuy responded and claimed there is nothing on file for that name or email address. I emailed them again requesting a return label as well as the return address. I never heard from Wigsbuy. I took a screenshot of the order label and invoice and gave them heads I was shipping it back. I never heard from them. According to my tracking information, the wig was received by them on July 1, 2021. I was never notified. So I emailed them on June 8, 2021 and inquired about the return they’ve received. I was immediately offered a refund of 50.00 instead of my 70.00. I immediately declined the offer. This company does false advertising and sends out whatever they want to send out.

**** *** has taken the money of over a thousand individuals and either sent them no wig at all or shipped them a very low-quality wig that does not resemble the ordered product. These individuals include cancer recovery patients, victims of a hair loss disease, to name a few. They have various fake reviews on their website and do not refund money for unshipped items or wigs they send out.

Advertise on Facebook and email. I felt it may be a scam when delivery dates kept changing. I notified them by email to cancel if this wig was coming from China. Been scammed before through PayPal. Received it by DHL anyway and when I dialed the number to get refund and return the number is constantly busy. Poor quality. Not like the picture
