Beware!!! Order placed 11/25/23, Ophirawigs took money, product received 12/12/23 was not what i ordered. i was sent worthless product. Prior to requesting full refund i requested the order be cancel because it was taking so long to receive. Website list address as Chicago IL but product shipped from China i wouldn't have placed order to begin with if I known it came from China!!! Ophira emailed me that i would receive partial refund & they would send shippers notification to discontinue shipping & return to them. As to date, i have not received refund. They stopped all contact. Telephone number listed (773) 829-4730 always gives a busy signal.

I ordered what was supposed to be 6 lace front human hair wigs and what I received was cheap less than quality synthetic wigs with no lace whatsoever. I emailed this company to demand a full refund and explanation as to why the items I received do not remotely look like what was pictured and described on your website. I demanded a full refund immediately upon receipt of the fraudulently described items received in the order and have not heard any response.

The wigs were poor quality and not wearable. I asked for my money back and the scammer says they are wearable and suggested a 15 percent reimbursement

I ordered the wig 12/17/22 the order was cxled by the seller funds never refunded I have repeatedly requested either a refund or the wig that I purchased it is now March still no refund or money they have simply stopped responding I have several emails with no resolution there is no number I can call I am not finding this business registered to conduct business in the state of Ga.... in this email they acknowledge it they know I have not gotten my refund

i ordered the wig 01/16/2023, never got it. my card was charged 01/17/2023. they said I would get a shipping confirmation , never got it. on the website it said I would received a shipping confirmation in 3 to 5 business days to track my delivery status never got it. after 15 calendar days i decided to contact Bookkhair and the email address couldn't be reached, but the website is still up,

I purchased a wig from WigDo l. They asked me to take photos I complied and sent to them. I asked for their adresss as they told me that the address on the weighbill was incorrect and not to use it. I agreed . They emailed me again telling me to try it on that I will like it. I emailed back expressing that I need their return address and an immediate refund to my credit card. I want to warn others as this is a total scam company
