I recently received the same email that I responded to last year and subject of my bank claim. The attached includes screen shots of what I think is a fraudulent scheme. As you can see in the screen shots, they ask you to take a survey for Home Depot (also received one for Sam’s Club and now Costco; they do say they are not associated with these companies) and then offer items like the wireless earbuds just for paying shipping and handling of around $7.
Nowhere in the email do they say that any follow-up payment is required even though I was later charged of $77.84 and $79.84 for the smart watch and "iPods" . And as stated in my bank claim, I called them requesting a refund with my return of the items but was told my request was beyond the trial period which also was not mentioned.
Again, I did receive the products but they should have told me the full costs of the items up front. I am still getting their email surveys and I am sure others are also.
Also note that their contact address is Poland, Oragon...there is no Poland in Oregon and the state is misspelled which should have been a giveaway.
So far I still have the emails and can forward them so you can see what they are pulling.
