Credit card got hacked. ran up charges on it. disputed with bank. after many phone calls, company would not refund monies even after explaining i did not purchase. asked to send item(s). they said already had mailed out.. never received items. said they charged back the monies, called bank and said chargeback denied. im out 550 dollars and seemingly no recourse. dont know at this point who is being honest with me. although i do trust the bank more.
