Can we file a class action lawsuits? My wife and I are sick and tired of receiving phone calls after us telling them multiple times to stop.

we tried to contact wide tech solutions to no avail we paid for 5years 2 years ago and can't get the help they promised that we paid for

My computer froze up May 28, 2019 and on the frozen screen was a phone # to call. I call the number and was connected with Wide Tech Solutions a computer security Co. I was told that they would fix my computer for $500. I had to go to a local CVS store to purchase a gift card in the amount of $500 to pay them to unfreeze my computer. I knew this was a scam but I was desperate to get my computer back up. I have been receiving threatening phone calls (all different phone numbers) ever since.

In 11/8/ 2019 i was in microsoft edge on my computer when a message was sent inviting me to register to clean virus that slow and corrupt the files on my computer and the one time paymentt was t $499.00 to clean the computer and provide virus attack for the year i sent a Bank of America cheque.with the amount. however what drew my suspicion that i was scammed is on the following day the man Peter asked me to buy an amazon card IN the amount of$500. I reported the matter to the fraud unit and stop payment. i was refunded and i called a man who i first
spoke to initially and told him that i was no longer interested in this so called computer virus plan i advised the bank not to disburse funds to this place[ Wide tech solutions] and i realised that i was scammed and i dont want to be called or contacted in the future by anyone there, however they are calling my number with various persons and numbers threatening to debit money from my bank account of which owed a total of over $6.000 the last person said his name is max and i should call him by friday 12/11/20 and make arrangement to settle the amount in full or they wide tech would debit from my account what can i do ? i dont recall making any agreement of this nature, and i am so fruastrated in getting so much crank calls daily from these people, and i am not prepared planning to pay a cent as they messed up my computer, and i have to trash it these people are unbelievable, can they deduct money from my account without my approval and knowledge please help me i am 66 years old and working at reduce hours now because of the pandemic W Manning

Message popped up as an alert window when I tried to go on a government website. With a call number from Microsoft with an emergency alert.

a corrected online but they tried to convince me that Norton wasn't the protection company co symantec more coverage with a five-year plan ( that doesn't exist.)
