I purchased candle supplies online on 12/31/22 as of today 3/3/23 I have not received my order. I received an email that it was shipped on 2/9 but never received a tracking number and I have attempted to email the company but haven’t received any response.

I purchased products from the company, received a confirmation email, but it still has not shipped after months. I cannot log on to view my order. I get a message: "order cannot be found." Many others have not received their orders either and there have been no responses to emails. I requested a refund and was told refunds would take 30+ days and I was trying to steal from them. They suggested I go to the bank and dispute the charge.
