Ordered $455.05 USD ($637.51 CAD) January 7, 2023. Received email next day stating about half of the order was available and could be shipped. They gave me the option to ship what they had and the rest later, or cancel entire order. I requested a complete order cancellation (because I needed all outfits for a trip) and they confirmed by email I would receive my refund in 2-10 business days. But they charged my credit card for the full amount anyway. I did not receive ANY of the order. When I emailed asking when I would expect my refund on February 6, 2023, I received a generic response that their accounting department would look into it. As of today March 20, 2023, I have not seen my refund. I have since filed a dispute through my credit card company. It appears as though this scam is common with this business.
