Called my husband's phone, said they was doing investigations for the outbreak of HIV. And that his name was said by one of the anonymous. Knew his full name, asked for birth date, called the local health department, made an appointment and continued the call. Said there was nine outbreaks in Southwest Ks and if he couldn't make it the the clinic they would come to the house and test. We ended the call. Today after researching, we found out PayPal password was changed, so now we get to change a lot of things. ***
