Ordered 3 items on 3/3/20 it’s been 6.5 months still no merchandise or refund ! I’ve asked for tracking numbers and refund they don’t answer or send fake tracking number . My banks fraud dept is handling now . They stole $90 w shipping fees

I was on instagram and saw a advertising ad for a smart car charger. I clicked on the ad and it took me to a website called WhoWantz. I placed an order on 3/24/2020 for $33.97. It is now almost June and I still haven’t received my order. I emailed the company several times about my order and all they tell me is to be patient and it’s on its way. They have been telling me this for about a month. I ask about shipping and all they provide is shipping information that’s in Chinese and it only shows tracking information for up to a few days after purchase ! I feel like I have been patient with them, I’ve ordered other items after I ordered from WhoWantz, through a different company in China and have received my order, in a timely manner. I’ve recently found hundreds of reviews saying that the company is a scam!! They give out fake tracking information and they never offer or give refunds. I plan on contacting instagram about this company as well.

Ordered a handsfree Cellphone charger at the beginning of March, here it is May 8th and still no charger. I contacted them and they said to be patient and it was on it's way but takes time. I emailed them again asking for an update or a refund & have heard nothing back.
