I have been enrolled in the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), since October of last year. Since then, this scammer had tried twice to obtain my personal information while pretending to be AT&T. They've even sent letters to my home via USPS. Last year, I resolved the issue with AT&T but now, since the government is ending the program, I'm receiving the same emails from the scammer on a daily basis. Id advise anyone not to fall for it, do not open the email, click on the link or not agree to ANYTHING pertaining to your personal information. I called the number today & was not so polite once I got a person from overseas on the line! The automated recording uses someone that speaks English but the real persons aren't English at all!... There must be something that can be done about these types of dishonest, lazy, & shiftless people. If you ask me, things we're a hell of a lot safer when we were using "rabbit ear" antennas & analog channels. Just an fyi.
