I placed my order for a motorcycle to be delivered to my door with in two weeks. Delivery was never made and when I disputed the charge, scammer provided my credit card company with fraudulent documents saying I drove from Tennessee to Texas to pick up my order. This is false and is a complete scam. I have documents proving I was in my state at the time. The address listed in these fraudulent documents lists the Houston galleria mall as their location, but the mall management confirmed this is not a tenant there.

Visited the website and purchased what appeared two mini bikes on Sunday 2/26. I received a confirmation through a 3rd party payment that they received the money through "wepay" that was connected to chase bank however I have not received a shipping confirmation. I have tried calling the number that I had to google but no answer. I have tried to enter their website which is now unavailable and not searchable. This is a scam and I would like this to be investigated. When you google maps the address, which i did later on, it is a house on google maps. although on google it also comes up listed as the "Galleria mall in Houston", but upon looking at the store directory in Houston, this wholesale go karts store was non existent. In addition to this, when I made the original purchase, the website stated they were based out of TN.

I made the purchase and have yet to hear back from the business via email or phone call, I have reach out to my bank to dispute the payment please help me

I ordered a ride on toy on their website. Their website looks legitimate. I wasn't charged tax upon check out and never received confirmation email which prompted me to investigate further. I found a Facebook post with others talking about being scammed by them and they had their fake profiles attacking all the people claiming it's fraud. They had one of their fake profiles send screenshots that were sent in the messages on their business page itself by one of the people claiming their were fraud. Everything about this was red flags. How would one of their customers get screenshots from the business page? It's all broken up English and extremely unprofessional. I've never seen a fraud side go so far in depth to track down posts to attack people trying to warn others it's fake. I sadly fell victim and many others have as well before we realized we made a big mistake. Currently having my credit card company fight this for my money back.

I was doing a search for minibike parts and this website came up so I went to it and started browsing around on it. They didn't have parts but had go karts and mini bikes for sale for some "too good to be true" prices, including an additional 15% off of those plus free shipping. These prices are less than half, sometimes even a quarter, of the prices that other legit sites are selling the same products for so it already seemed a bit fishy. If everything was legit, I was going to purchase another minibike since it was so cheap. So I tried to contact them via the phone number, which has a Tennessee area code, and it rang several times and then went to a busy signal. Tried this number several times with same result. Also, the address is given at the bottom of the web page so I looked it up since I am originally from Houston and there is no way they are located at the stated address since it is a very large and very high end mall. I then contacted them via their chat and they did respond. I asked if they had a location I could visit and they said no, it is a warehouse and that I would have to place my order online. I then asked why they have a Tennessee area code and a fake Houston address and never received a response.
