The scammer hacked a good friend of mine Facebook account and acted like my friend. Said there is a WHO stimulus program and how to apply. Sent me the info for the" WHO coordinator " I contacted the so called Dr. Williams and he said there is$5000 stimulus check for me, it's a $300 processing fee so, because I trusted my friend from Facebook, I agreed and sent the money, then they said they need IRS fees due to the IRS stopping them. I asked my friend and she said that's normal. So I sent $1000 then they asked for more. That's when I finally realized it was a scam.
