I got a call from a Patricia saying that I owed a old credit card bill and if I didn't I am they would put a lien on my car. And someone would be delivering a paper for me to sign to go to court .are they real? She knew who I pay on my car too and all?

Patricia called me expressing how I owe $1,200 and if I don’t pay they’ll take me to court where I’ll have to pay and extra $2,400 which “the lawyers love because they make more money”. Sent over fake documents to sign and continued to harass and demanding payment. After having my bank look any collections up under my name, there was no such thing and they said it was a scammer. The lady on the phone continued to get very upset if I asked any questions or asked about a plan. She then hung up on me
