I ordered face care products from the establishment and inserted my delivery information on site. I added an apartment number to my order and according to the mail courier, there was no apartment number affixed on the label. In my order email it displays that I correctly entered my address with apartment number shown. My package was marked delivered but nowhere in sight. The mail courier told me that the label was missing the apartment number. I don’t normally have issues with package thefts here but it was said that my package is either lost or stolen. I’ve reached out to the courier to retrieve information on what to do and they’re pointing me back to the merchant to help assist with the package insurance claim. The merchant will not respond to any of my emails or phone calls. They semi answer my messages on Instagram. Which in turn they’re pointing fingers back to the mail courier and told me to file the claim myself. When trying to file an insurance claim, there’s information about the business that I don’t know being asked and also fees. This is information that the business would have. I will go days without a response from them on Instagram and it’s not helpful with very short responses.
