I ordered 3 hooded sweatshirts on December 3, 2023. I kept receiving updates on shipping, which showed the package was coming from Ireland. I still have not received it.

Told I was charged 121.

Waited weeks with tracking updates — from Spain!?

One item of 5 came today and it was not of any of the ordered items (email said everything was delivered to me Dec 16). Tried to call. Number is fake. Email address is fake. Tried to comment through FB on their posts, but omments deleted!

Contacted PayPal and discovered they charged me 145, not 121! And the company nane is Giskie Technologies, which I see today has been complained about by 15 others on PayPal with no resolve! They now have my name and address. Hopeful PayPal will help. It seeing others have been taken by them, I want to warn others!

I ordered a $19 T-shirt from the website (ad was on FB). Claimed to be a U.S company. My invoice was $29 and billed from China. My actual charge was $10 more than my invoice. Tracking said it was in Germany for a couple weeks and then when it finally was tracked as "delivered", it was actually never delivered. I emailed the company a few times. They claimed they reimbursed me for the extra $10 over charge, but actually did not. When I requested a full refund, they replied with 2 malicious links to "reach customer service".

Site said it would refund, Whitecloths will not refund money for item not received. Told me the item is to be returned to China and its expensive to return and will not provide address for return to be made so that I can be refunded the money. Website says is located in South Los Angeles, phone number provided doesnt work, not a complete address on the site, sweatshirts where of very poor quality and sweatshirt was not aligned properly for a proper fit. Shipping when tracked was Ireland. Site is a scam- just want to return the items to get my money back

I placed an order and was sent an inferior and less expensive item. Ordered dress and got shirt. When I attempted to contact with my orderder and images from the order, I was denied and they said I received the right item. I got a bulldog marine shirt instead of dress and not in military and didn’t order shirt. They refuse to refund or send correct item.

Return policy is misleading. The clothing ran very small. I ordered two sizes larger than i normally do and could still barely get the shirts on. One item i did order the wrong size.

ordered clothing from website that advertised on Facebook. took a whole month to get through customs in U.S. Supposedly, came from Finland. Received notification from Post office that $10.55 was due. Contacted company but gave short responses, asked if I received it. I explained I already paid $9.99 for shipping and was not paying more. Post office stated they reported the company for reusing tracking numbers/ double-dipping. Waiting on a response from Whitecloths on whether they will give me the full refund of $49.77. Not holding my breath.

This is a fake company. I purchased a dress through a Facebook ad and it took over a month to receive. I received text updates daily about the dress being moved around India before being shipped to the States. The website states their return policy so I reached out to the company 5 times about returning my product (it was not as described) but this company never responded.
