I ordered a dog pool size 76" x 25" for $31.75. They took my money immediately. After it was hung up for 3 weeks at an airport they made contact with their carrier and it moved along. As it sat in LA i received a package that contained a 12 inch pool. It does not fit a dog. I immediately contacted the company. Now after 3 weeks of going back and forth with them, they are not refunding my money or providing the item i ordered. There website says:

Whichneeds advertised foldable dog pools for half price on FB. Ordered a large. After a few weeks received product which turned out to be a foldable dog dish. When contacted the company and gave them all the info they requested they admitted to misleading description and offered to refund me 20% and to keep the product. Told them it was unacceptable never heard back from them again. Recheck reviews on web site and multiple complaints regarding this scam. There R other advertisements with other company names and reviews from people with same complaints
