They are a scam! They collect on old debt! They threaten you with court ,jail, judgements and liens! Now currently going by The Piedermann group or Also known as Key Solutions the owner name is keiko he targets elderly debaters who he can intimidate and scare and my them spend their last on a bill from 2012! He lies about dates and amounts to profit for himself!

I initially received a call from “state processing unit” saying that they had papers to serve me unless I called Wheland. I contacted Wheland and left a message on a voicemail which sounded like someone’s personal phone. I was contacted again by the state processing unit three weeks later, same message. I called Wheland and got a guy named Joseph. He had a lot of my personal info including info on a very old credit card that I had had many years ago. Said I owed $1,214. I explained that I’m unemployed due to Covid and in a very bad financial situation. I also mentioned that this credit card says zero due on my credit report. He immediately said “have a nice future” and hung up the phone.

I already paid my debt off in 2017 and they call me saying I owe this amount and they will issue out a wage garnishment if I don’t pay this amount
