On May 17, 2022, I sent a total of $2000.00 to Steven Hadley of Instagram name, "WheelchairWoodworker" to order a custom pressletter board because he told me that he was in danger of losing his home for non-payment of his mortgage for some months. Instead of giving Steven Hadley a money handout, I ordered a custom pressletter board. Steven Hadley continued to lament to me about not having enough to pay his mortgage, so, on May 26, 2022, I ordered a custom handkerchief box for $350.00. Steven Hadley continued to complain that he didn't have enough money to pay his mortgage and was in danger of losing his home; so, on May 30, 2022, I ordered a pair of small wooden bears for $350.00. On June 15, 2022, Steven Hadley said that he may lose his home for sure, so, I paid $500.00 for the remaining balance of the custom pressletter board. Between May 18, 2022 and July 3, 2022, I kept on urging Hadley to use all the money to pay off his missed mortgage payments. Hadley told me each and every time, that it is his "ethos" to not touch money for woodworking projects until he has completed an order. Hadley told me week after week, "all the money you sent me is just sitting in my PayPal account and I am NOT touching it until I complete your orders." On July 4, 2022, Hadley had yet another volatile phone outburst, but this time told me to "**** off." On July 5,2022 Hadley asked me if I would like to be reimbursed for my 3 orders. I told Hadley that I would pray about the reimbursement. 5 hours later, I text Hadley that, I would like to indeed be reimbursed for $3200.00, the total sum of everything that I paid him for. Hadley pleaded with me that he would like to belatedly finally fulfill my 3 orders instead. I told Hadley that I was no longer interested. Hadley paid me $500.00 on July 28, 2022. Hadley and I then came to an agreement that Hadley would pay me $333.00 per month until the entire sum he owed was satisfied. Hadley paid me $333.00 in August 2022, and paid me another $333.00 in September 2022. As per our agreement of Hadley paying me $333.00 the last Wednesday of each month, I sent a PayPal request of $333.00 on October 28, 2022, as it may have slipped his mind to pay me for that month. He text me saying that he has not forgotten the date, and that I did NOT need to send him a PayPal reminder, then Hadley proceeded to block me on PayPal, on Instagram , and blocked my phone number. I now, now have no way to contact Hadley to get the remaining balance of $2034.00 that he still owes me.
