After much research this business rents mopeds and on return charge most people with the same “damage” and charge $70 for the part. The damage they claim is scratches to the undercarriage of the moped. Before I left I inspected my moped and there were scratches. On return they immediately ordered the part and said I “dropped or laid the moped down on its side”. I never stopped riding it so there was no way I did that damage they claimed. After more review of past clients they run this scheme on tourists and order the part then charge the client. From there on their either return it and get their own refund, or as I learned through Facebook they have been using these parts to sell the mopeds for $1700. I agreed to pay the $71.64 for the damage and the $70 for the moped rental. A couple days passed and they charged me $470.
