I ordered and paid for a jumper online from WhatsMode. Money was taken from my account immediately. the ad said it would be shipped within 3 weeks. Two months later and no jumper, I enquired and was told it hadn't been sent yet. I said as winter was almost over I would just cancel my order and asked for a refund. That was about 3 weeks ago and I've been fobbed off and lied to and put off and ignored ever since. I did a google search for reviews on What'smode and discover hundreds of other people with similar experiences - they never get their refund and many of them never got the goods they ordered either. So this company takes your money and basically gets away with it. I think it is time the U.S. authorities dealt with them and closed them down and enforced the refunds they owe hundreds of people. I am in Australia and am not impressed at being ripped off like this. For this form I had to use the scammers zip and stage code to complete the form.

Immediately money came out of account. One email thanking me for order. Stated I would be notified via email when shipped. It's been 4 weeks. Nothing. The only contact I go given is an email address. I've sent one daily with no reply. Lost any 56.18

It took over 30 days to receive my order. The products are nothing like pictured or described. The return shipping costs to China are more than my entire order. The emails from customer service are all the same. They just copy and paste them, and you can't talk to anybody over the phone. It's a scam!!! Do not order anything from this company!!!

I purchased a jacket from this site a month ago. They charged my card and no jacket. The tracking number is fake. Found out other people had same problem on Facebook. This company should not be allowed to advertise as they are thieves!

I initially ordered a jacket from Whatsmode on November 28th. On December 14th, I received an email stating my package was on the way; however, when I checked the DHL tracking number, it appeared to have been stuck since November 29th. I contacted both DHL and Whatsmode about the package. DHL never called back. Whatsmode sent an apology email stating they were sorry and would do better next time. Nothing about where or when I would get my missing coat. They left a number on the email which I contacted immediately. Got a text message next day asking for order number which I had given at least 5 times already. That was on December 22nd. Haven't heard anything since even though I have been emailing and texting and calling almost daily.

I ordered a jacket from their website on December 1, 2017 via paypal. The money was instantly drawn from my account and paid to the company in the amount of $42.30. I have still never received the package and the company has not responded to any of my emails. After threatening them with filing a complaint, they responded with an invalid DHL tracking number. I contacted the company numerous times since, and still no response, no refund, and no merchandise. I notified Paypal, so I'm hoping to get some sort of action.

I placed an order with this company. Two weeks later after questioning where my order was they sent me a fake tracking number. I sent them several messages and made several comments on their facebook page asking where my order was. Now I have been blocked from sending messages and my comments have been marked as spam.
