I ordered a Wood Planer from them which I never received. Even thought it says they are located at 3347 Sugarfoot Lane, Lafayette, Indiana, in one of my many emails to them, they said it would take a while to ship to "my country". I have been fighting with them since January of 2020. They keep telling me the product has been shipped and gave me a bogus tracking number which does not work. After threatening to hire an attorney, they said they would refund me $50.00 (because of the shipping, however, there was not supposed to be any shipping cost). It is now August 2020, and I still have not received the refund or the product. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. It is a shame that you cannot even trust anyone to order online.

I tried to purchase a product from the website at the beginning of December for Christmas. I never received this product. All attempts to contact the company have failed. The e-mail address is a robot and the phone number is fake. I just want my money back.

I ordered 20-Volt MAX XR Lithium-Ion Cordless Drywall Screwgun/Cut-out Tool Combo Kit (2-Tool) with (2) Batteries 2Ah and Charger through https://www.whalegot.com/ on 12/18/2020. However, I received a fake sun glasses on 1/21/2020 instead. From the shipper's information, the scammer was from someone name LiLi at FuJian China.

I ordered a Makita saw at Whalegot.com The package arrived in just a few short days from China and when I picked it up, I received a womens bracelet. I called the number on the website and it just rings and rings. No voicemail and no one answers. I clicked on the link sent to my email to track the package and it said Website not available. There was literally no way to get ahold of anyone. And when I emailed them there was zero response back. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. They credited my card. I just want people to be aware of these scammers! Do not ever order somthing where there is no talking to customer service first.

I went on WHALEGOT.com and made a online purchase. Got the confirmation email but they gave no tracking number or estimated delivery date. So I thought then something maybe wrong, I emailed them and got a response saying saying their away for a week long holiday. In the middle of January (weird). I tried to call the number provided no answer or voice mail, so yes I'm totally convinced it's a scam.

The website is found by searching for tools. Milwaukee tools are listed at reduced prices. Once you make your purchase on their website, you will receive an email that your order is being processed and will be mailed once your payment has been approved. When you check your credit card statement for the charge there is another company’s name next to the charge. If you try to contact customer service, you will receive a message saying the company is closed for about a week. If you try to contact by phone, no one answers. In the end you can try to dispute this purchase, but they already have your name, address, telephone number, credit card information, email address, and IP address.

Ordered a Dewalt tool set by mistake I could not contact the company to cancel. Their ad popped up on the Lowe's webpage. I Googled the company to find reviews that said they were scammers.
