I Entered into a contract with mike woods, owner of WH Contractors to perform some remodeling work in my home. I Paid $11,875 as a deposit for the work to proceed. He made excuse after excuse and multiple broken promises. But he never started the job. He said he would return the money several times, but did not. 9 months later (11/16/22) I received a judgement against him in the Kaufman county court, precinct 4. He never showed up to the court.
