Met through Instagram DM. Told me he was in the oil industry and would be leaving for Istanbul shortly as he just won a contract with Petrol Ofisi. Approximately a week after arriving apparently he lost his wallet with all his credit card and cash. The sob stories came one after the other. The building machinery broke and he wanted to borrow money to fix it, the wrong materials came and he needs to pay his workers, the hotel he is staying at needs him to pay. Due to him not being home, he was unable to get a replacement credit card. He moved out of the hotel but now needs money for an apartment. A company that owes him money ($2.8million) is sending the money directly to me on his behalf but I need to pay the courier and customs fee. Although the company has paid him he does not have access to the money until the job is finished and then he would pay me back.
