I ordered acrylic yarn from this company via their website on July 8th. I was told I would receive a shipping notification once the item had shipped. Three weeks later, with no communication from them, I reached out in regards to my order. No response. Again, I emailed the company to inquire further. And, again, no response. I decided to do a little research on the company, where I found several others who had purchased from the website and never received their items, nor did the company respond to their inquiries either. I believe this company has set up a fake retail website & Facebook page and is using it to collect money from unsuspecting customers. I was able to dispute my charge and remove the merchant from accessing my paypal account.
