I saw a Facebook ad for the items. I purchased from their website called Fantasy Mall, now called WETRACI on 12/08/2022. The charge went through my credit card from MIDODO INTERNATIONAL TRA. I paid for expedited 3-7 day shipping. I emailed the customer service email on their website ([email protected]) when I still had not received a shipping notification and knew I would not receive the items in time. I was replied to from that email, but it listed this email at the bottom: [email protected]. I have since tried emailing both and the emails are rejected stating these are invalid email addresses. I filed a dispute through my credit card company as well.

I found these cute affordable animals via a facebook ad and placed 2 orders for $65 on 12/3/22. On 12/14/22 I sent an email because I hadn't heard anything about my orders. I recieved an email back saying they were going to expedite my orders. I sent a second email on 1/2/23 but have heard nothing back.

I ordered two baby falkor dolls. December 22nd of 2022 I have emailed them at their website more than once and I don't get a response back. They do not provide a phone number for you to call only email. I was told my item would ship after they process the order once the payments made in full which takes usually one day and the shipment would be here to me within 7 to 12 days. I have never received my two items and again have not heard a single thing back from the seller when I email.

Bought product in October. Have not received. Tried emailing over and over, no response, ever. It is a website, very official looking.

I ordered some stuffed toys online at wetraci.com and never got an invoice for my payment and never received my items. They took my money and I’ve tried to contact them 3 times. No response

I made my purchase without hassel and no issues using my cash app card . I have tried to contact the company and have gotten no response from them yet..
