Called and asked if we were interested in selling our timeshare/resort membership in Cancun,Mexico. We told them they could send us an offer which they did in “a letter of intent”. The offer sounded too good to be true (much more than what we paid) with us paying them a 6% commission at time of closing and them holding our funds in an escrow account for 30 days... They have a legitimate looking website but all the real estate they have listed has recently sold for much lower prices (through different real estate companies) than what is listed on their website. I could not find their business listed under Arizona real estate companies. Since it looked like a scam I did not reply to their email to give them a chance to ask me to wire the money (6% of sales price).

Working with Westwood Realty Inc. to buy time shares for a third party. They referred me to 100percent Escrow as their realtor. Neither Business is at the address on their websites and both Domains are less than a few days old. They are offering well over the value of the timeshare, and 100percentescrow is saying the money for the sale is in an escrow account when it is not. Then as the sale closes, charge the buyers different taxes and fees saying it's associated with the sale then at the end disappear with your and their money. Confronted them before signing an agreement but wanted to put the word out. Sales man was very personable and professional.
