We received a call and subsequently a written "purchase offer" for our timeshare. I checked the BBB rating and found that this company was using the name and reputation of a second company. The company is Westwood Benson Brokers Inc. They have a web address that is different from the one on the reputable BBB company. It is also a different web address that is listed as fraudulent on the BBB warning. Please note the use of the new web address this company is using below. As opposed to other timeshare frauds, they claim to pay everything with a 5% due at closing. The "deal" is good for 5 business days.
