On August 3rd, 2020, I attended westlake watersports and rented two jet skis. They asked for my credit card to leave a $1000 deposit and told me I'd get it back within 24hrs. Believeing they were an honest company, I never checked to see that they did in fact refund me the $1000.

Early this year, 2020, I was doing my taxes and realised I was never refunded the $1000.

I have tried to call, email, and cannot seem to get in touch with anyone.

As I looked for a contact to reach someone at the company, I realised Im not the only person that has been scammed by them. People have been complaining about their security deposits not being returned since 2018.

This needs to be stopped.
